Comfortable for daily wear, not for off-trail or distance. Good fit, no pressure points, good high and wide toe box. I use my own arch-support orthotics so can't speak to the arch support of the shoe. Adequate though minimal heel-grip. Blessedly not fluorescent color.I liked how light this shoe is. It is also very easy to slip on and off.
